“Living with beauty and culture changes one’s life”

Sharon Santoni

Sharon Santoni is a true ambassador for the French art of living. Author of the blog My French Country Home (with 11,000 subscribers) and My Stylish French Girlfriends, this Englishwoman who lives in Normandy shares with her American readers her passion for France, the flea market and the French art de vivre.

She has just launched My Stylish French Box, a service sold by subscription in the United States. In the box are her favourite French products for the home, the garden and personal care, all bearing the labels of prestigious brands and designers. The box also contains a few treasures found at flea markets.

At the Foire de Chatou, she will display some of the treasures to be found there in a large 18th-century bookcase, including a collection of old pharmacy jars and Émile Gallé vases from Daniel and Vincent. A  touch of orange is added by Tolix chairs from Éric Renaud (of La Fabrique in Saint Germain en Laye), paisley shawls from Caroline Pons and antique Seneh kilims from Behzad Ardalan. Modern art makes an appearance in the form of a painting from Galerie Tempera.
